Our Wire Rope Slings are meticulously crafted by our fabrication division using XIP (EIPS) wire rope, boasting 15% greater strength than standard IPS wire rope. These slings are expertly manufactured using the flemish eye splice technique, ensuring a robust and reliable eye formation, further secured by a mechanically swaged steel sleeve.
The flemish eye design offers a significant advantage: the eye's integrity isn't solely reliant on the sleeve. Even if the sleeve sustains damage during operation, the eye retains substantial reserve strength. Each sling is equipped with a rating tag compliant with OSHA/ASME standards. The inclusion of Sliding Choker Hooks allows for effortless hook-up and release in choke hitch applications.
