Wire Rope Sling
This wire rope sling is expertly crafted by our fabrication division, adhering to the most stringent specifications. We utilize XIP (EIPS) wire rope, which boasts 15% greater strength compared to standard IPS wire rope. The sling is manufactured using the robust flemish eye splice technique to create the eyes, and then mechanically swaged with a steel sleeve.
The flemish eye offers a significant advantage: the eye's integrity isn't solely reliant on the sleeve. Even if the sleeve sustains damage during operation, the eye retains reserve strength, ensuring continued safety and reliability. All slings are equipped with a rating tag conforming to OSHA/ASME standards.
