We utilize XIP (EIPS) wire rope, which boasts 15% greater strength compared to IPS wire rope, ensuring superior performance and safety. The sling is manufactured using the flemish eye splice technique, forming robust eyes that are mechanically swaged with a steel sleeve.
The flemish eye construction offers a significant advantage: the eye's integrity is not solely reliant on the sleeve. Even if the sleeve sustains damage during operation, the eye retains substantial reserve strength. Each sling is equipped with a rating tag compliant with OSHA/ASME standards.
