Product Description
Wire Rope Sling with Sliding Choker Hook
Made to exacting specifications by our fabrication division using XIP (EIPS) wire rope, which is 15% stronger than IPS wire rope. This sling is manufactured using the flemish eye splice technique to form the eyes and is then mechanically swaged using a steel sleeve. The benefit of a flemish eye is that the integrity of the eye is not solely dependent on the sleeve. Should the sleeve become damaged during use, there is reserve strength in the eye. All slings come with a rating tag as per OSHA/ASME standards. Wire Rope Slings with Sliding Choker Hooks allow for easy hook up and release of choke hitch.
